These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and FasterTogetherClub ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the FasterTogetherClub website, API, and desktop data collector (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
The Service is a lap-time dashboard for Forza Horizon 6. A desktop collector application records telemetry that the game broadcasts locally on your machine and uploads completed laps to our servers, where your lap times are stored and displayed to you and to other users of the Service. The Service is provided free of charge and is offered as-is for entertainment purposes. We are an independent fan project: the Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Microsoft, Playground Games, Turn 10 Studios, or the Forza franchise. "Forza" and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.
To use the Service you must register with a valid email address, a password, and a gamertag. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity performed through access tokens issued to your desktop collector. Notify us promptly at support@fastertogether.club if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to anyone else.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws; these Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain any rights you have in the data you upload. By uploading lap data, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display that data as part of operating the Service, including showing your gamertag and lap results to other users. This license ends when your data is deleted from the Service, except for copies retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is currently free of charge. We may introduce paid features in the future; if we do, we will provide notice and updated terms before any charges apply. Nothing in these Terms obligates us to keep any feature free or available.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect — including account details and game telemetry — how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of information as described there. Note that your gamertag and lap results are visible to other users of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, THAT LAP DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR PRESERVED, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL REMAIN COMPATIBLE WITH FORZA HORIZON 6 OR ANY FUTURE GAME UPDATE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends; Sections 5, 8, 9, and 12 survive termination.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice such as an email or an in-app announcement. Changes take effect when posted unless stated otherwise, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your place of residence.
